Through the vacuum casting process, ARRK provides materials with a wide range of physical properties. This includes ABS-like prototypes and those with transparent surface finishes, flame-retardant prototypes made from UL94V0-rated materials, and semi-rigid prototypes that simulate the characteristics of polypropylene (PP). These materials are highly suitable for prototyping automotive interior parts and hand tool housings. Resin materials can be formulated in various colors, and we can perform precise color matching according to Pantone, RAL color charts, or samples provided by the customer.
We specialize in producing high-quality elastomeric (soft rubber) vacuum casting parts, with Shore A hardness ranging from 20 to 90.
