During the early product development stage, we utilize high-precision optical analysis and ray-tracing software to analyze optical data. Combined with precision CNC machining, we iteratively optimize structures and forms to rapidly produce models and prototypes that align with the customer’s design intent. Through image and data visualization, we help clients grasp the final presentation effects of their products at the start of development.
ARRK simultaneously provides design models for aesthetic evaluation and functional models for light-effect verification. We utilize a variety of materials and processing technologies to manufacture mechanical and optical components, paired with diverse surface treatments to fully support every requirement from design validation to the prototyping phase.
